Banana Overnight Oats

Banana Overnight Oats is a flexible recipe that can easily be customised to suit dietary and flavour preferences.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ripe banana, chopped
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, optional
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder, optional
  • 2 tbsp walnut, chopped

Steps:

  1. Add all of the ingredients in a resalable container. Shake everything well.
  2. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Top with fresh banana slices and walnuts before serving.
