Apple, Carrot & Orange
Ingredients:
- 2 large carrots, top trimmed
- 1 medium Granny Smith apples, cut into quarters
- 1 Naval orange, quartered & peeled
Steps:
Place all of the fruits into the juice.
Spinach, Lettuce & Kale
Ingredients:
- 2 medium stalks celery
- 4 romaine heart leaves
- 2 kale leaves
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 medium green apple
- 1/2 medium cucumber
- 1/2 lemon rind
- 1 slice ginger
Steps:
Place all of the fruits into the juice.
Strawberry & Mango
Ingredients:
- 1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 10 strawberries, cut in half
- 1/2 cup oranges juice
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- sparkling water, if you're combining layers
- Ice cubes
- Mint, to garnish
Steps:
- In a blender, puree strawberries, lime juice and ice cubes until smooth and divide among glasses.
- If planning on combining layers, pour in a dash of sparkling water.
- Rinse blender then puree the mango, orange juice, lime juice, honey and ice cubes until smooth and gently pour into a glass while trying to maintain a line separating.
