Ingredients:

🍰Base:
• 300g store-bought butter cake (sliced)

🥛Milk mixture (rasmalai milk):
• 1 ½ cups fresh milk
• ½ cup evaporated milk
• ¼ cup condensed milk (adjust to sweetness)
• A pinch of saffron strands (soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk)
• 3–4 cardamom pods, crushed
• 1 small cinnamon stick
• 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
• (Optional: 1 bay leaf & 1 clove for extra aroma)

🍶Cream topping:
• 1 cup whipping cream (chilled)
• 2 tbsp icing sugar

🌹Garnish:
• Chopped pistachios
• Dried rose buds / petals
