🍞 What you’ll need:
• The Baker’s Son Focaccia bread
• 1 medium zucchini, sliced
• 1 tomato, sliced
• 1 block Japanese pressed tofu, sliced
• Olive oil
• A handful of rocket salad
🌿 Pesto (blend all together):
• 1 cup sweet basil leaves
• ¼ cup walnuts (or cashew)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Salt & black pepper to taste
