Homemade Yee Sang

Ingredients (serves 4–6)
• Purple cabbage, finely shredded
• Carrot, julienned
• Cucumber, julienned
• White radish (daikon), julienned
• Lettuce, sliced
• Enoki mushrooms (fried until crispy)
• Wanton skin (sliced & fried until golden)
• Sushi-grade salmon, thinly sliced
• Roasted sesame seeds

Yee Sang Sauce
• 3 tbsp orange marmalade
• 2 tbsp plum sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2–3 tbsp water
