Ingredients
For the lamb marinade:
• 500g boneless lamb leg steak (Mount Schanck Premium Chilled Lamb)
• 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
• 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• A pinch of turmeric
• Salt, to taste
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
For mashed potato:
• 3 boiled potatoes
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp full cream milk
• Salt & black pepper, to taste
For chimichurri sauce:
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 2 tbsp chopped coriander
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp chili oil
For sides:
• A handful of green baby beans (pan-seared)
